Rowland Suddaby

Born in Yorkshire Suddaby studied at the Sheffield School of Art and then the Royal College of Art. Soon he exhibited at the Redfern Gallery and later at the Royal Academy, New English Art Club, Leger galleries and more.
Suddaby lived in Sudbury in Suffolk and was a founder memeber of the Colcheater Art Society. His paintings of the East Anglian countryside and coastline are very distinctive.
