Abraham Solomon and his younger brother Simeon Solomon were British artists of predigious talent operating in the middle of the nineteenth century.
Abraham went first to the Royal Academy and Simeon followed acquiring notoriety as an associate of the Pre-Raphaelites, mixing with the circles of Dante Gabriel Rossetti and Edward Burne-Jones. Abraham sent paintings to the Royal Academy summer show frequently.
